This is what my current bank account looks like:

My goal is to grow it all the way to $100,000 while documenting the entire journey here on Substack for you.

And this isn't going to be some random challenge that anyone can pull off.

Because there are two parts to this challenge, and here's what they are:

1. Monthly Update Reports

The first part of the challenge will consist of me sharing monthly update reports, covering these five key variables:

1. Bank Account – Total balance in my account.

2. Skills – The skill stack I'm learning and using.

3. Income – My monthly earnings.

4. Views – The number of views I get per month on Medium/Substack.

5. Email List – The size of my newsletter email list.

I'll be updating you every month on where I stand and how much I’ve progressed, so you can follow along.

Starting Point (March 2025)

I originally planned to start this in December, but final exams and pre-finals took over three months of my time. Now that I finally have time, I'm officially starting today.

As of March 2025, here's where I'm starting from:

Bank Account: $0

Skills: Writing, AI

Income: $0

Email List: 415 subscribers

My Exact Goal

The goal for this challenge is to reach $100,000 in my bank account by the end of 2025.

Along the way, I’ll track my progress in the other key areas to see how they evolve.

2. The 365-Day Experiment

The second part of this challenge is a 365-day experiment, and today is Day 1.

I'm setting a personal goal to write and publish 3 Notes per day and 3 newsletters per week for the next 12 months.

This will push me to improve my writing skills and help me get more exposure on Substack through Notes.

I'll be sharing valuable data, processes, systems, and blueprints throughout this journey, so you can see exactly what goes into reaching $100k (and beyond).

If I fail and miss a single day of posting, there will be a brutal consequence.

This time, I’m fully committed, so drop your best (or worst) ideas for a consequence in the comments or reply to this email.
